We use scan tools to access many late model 2 and 4 stroke computer controlled or EFI outboards such as ETEC.  Our comprehensive standard service includes inspection of the boat and trailer to ensure you are safe on the water. It includes:

 

• Run combustion cleaner through the engine to clean internal carbon build up and restore power
• Check fuel system and replace filters
• Check electrical starting and charging system
• Test batteries
• Replace spark plugs and check ignition
• Compression test
• Change oil and filter (four stroke)
• Check cooling system including water pump and thermostats and warning system
• Replace gear oil
• Lube motor pivot points
• Tune motors
• Check all electrics on boat such as sounder, GPS, VHF, bilge pump, nav and cabin lights, etc
• Perform Winterizations
• Including major rebuilds on most makes.
